Operations Platform for Shopify Stores

Shopify is excellent at checkout, but it wasn't built to run an operation. Nexus syncs with your Shopify store and adds the layer Shopify is missing: WhatsApp CRM, unified customer inbox, warehouse pick-pack, shipping tracking, and AI analytics — all in one platform.

The Problem

Shopify is excellent at checkout, but it wasn't built to run an operation. Customer service lives in WhatsApp, warehouse coordination happens in WhatsApp groups, and order exceptions are caught by whoever checks the store dashboard first.

Shopify can't run ops

Shopify handles checkout well but not warehouse management, CS coordination, or team workflows. Every operational layer requires a separate tool with no native connection.

CS disconnected from orders

Agents need to look up every order in Shopify separately while a customer waits on WhatsApp. There's no unified view of the customer across messaging and order data.

No WhatsApp-Shopify bridge

Customer conversations happen in WhatsApp with no link to order data. Agents answer questions blind, and conversation history is never tied to the customer's purchase record.

How Nexus Solves It

Nexus syncs with Shopify to bring your orders, customers, and products into a platform built for operations — with WhatsApp CRM, warehouse pick-pack, shipping tracking, and AI analytics layered on top.

Shopify order sync

Orders flow into Nexus in real time as they are placed in Shopify. Status updates made in Nexus flow back to Shopify automatically, keeping both systems in sync.

Customer unification

Shopify customers are linked to their WhatsApp and Instagram conversations in one unified profile. Every interaction — order, message, return — is visible in one place.

Ops on top of Shopify

Add warehouse management, CS inbox, shipping tracking, CRM, and AI analytics without replacing Shopify. Your storefront and checkout remain exactly as they are.

Key Features

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Nexus replace Shopify?
No. Nexus integrates with Shopify — your storefront, checkout, and payments stay in Shopify. Nexus adds the operational layer that Shopify doesn't cover: team inbox, warehouse, CRM, shipping, and AI analytics.
How does the Shopify sync work technically?
Nexus uses Shopify's webhook and REST API to sync orders, customers, and products. New orders appear in Nexus within seconds. Status updates made in Nexus (fulfilled, cancelled, returned) are written back to Shopify.
Can my CS agents see Shopify order details inside Nexus?
Yes. When a customer contacts you on WhatsApp or Instagram, Nexus shows their Shopify order history directly in the conversation sidebar. Agents can look up order status, tracking numbers, and product details without opening Shopify.
Does Nexus work with Shopify POS for retail operations?
Nexus is primarily designed for online ecommerce operations. Shopify POS integration is on the roadmap. Retail operations with a physical warehouse component are fully supported today.
Can I send WhatsApp messages triggered by Shopify events?
Yes. Nexus automation can trigger WhatsApp messages based on Shopify events — order confirmed, order shipped, order delivered, or order at-risk. Templates are pre-approved through the WhatsApp Business API.

Shopify handles checkout. Nexus handles everything that comes after.

Keep your Shopify store exactly as it is. Add the operational layer that Shopify was never designed to be — warehouse, CS inbox, CRM, and AI analytics in one connected platform.
