By accessing or using the Nexus platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Nexus is a multi-tenant operations platform for e-commerce businesses. We provide tools for order management, inventory, customer communication, CRM, shipping, and analytics.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Nexus for any illegal activity, to send spam, or to violate WhatsApp Business policies. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim any rights to your business data, customer information, or content you upload to the platform.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime on Pro and Enterprise plans. Free plan services are provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
